Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We hope that you are satisfied with your order. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of receiving it if there is any issue, so we can assist you.

If Your Item Was Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please retain all original materials and contact us right away. This includes:

  • The shipping box (in its original condition)

  • The shipping label (must remain attached and legible)

  • The label on the bottom of the box 

  • All packing materials (bubble wrap, paper, inserts, etc.)

  • The damaged item(s)

In addition, please provide clear photos of:

  • All sides/angles of the shipping box

  • The shipping label

  • The bottom of the box (showing any manufacturer or shipping labels, if applicable)

  • The damaged item(s) from multiple angles

These items and photos are required for carrier insurance claims. If required documentation or materials are not provided, we may not be able to initiate an insurance claim, which may limit our ability to issue a refund or replacement.

All shipments are insured through the appropriate carrier, and claims must be submitted in accordance with their requirements.

Once we review the issue and any applicable insurance claim, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A partial refund if you choose to keep the item

  • A prepaid return label and full refund upon return (if applicable)

  • A replacement item (if available)

  • Another reasonable resolution based on the situation
